I help people to recover from injury and reduce pain & stress by utilizing hands-on Massage Therapy techniques and movement to help you do more of what you love.
I got into the field of Massage Therapy because I saw the benefits that hands-on manual techniques combined with therapeutic exercise can have on the body, positively affecting people’s pain, injury recovery and stress. I love to help people get out of pain, move better and live happier lives.
